Am I crazy or does the glass in Tower 1 have a fairly inconsistent hue?

Maybe its just variation in the street side/opaqueness of the blinds. Just looked like some windows were white vs. greenish and couldn't reason any pattern as to why.

This photographer has taken a really good drone video of this development block. Tower 2 is getting closer to occupancy. I have a unit on the 12th floor with a move in date that was recently revised to early May.

I know there was a bunch of discussion about a sleep clinic way back, not sure if it was ever confirmed before but there is indeed signage up now (on the first tower, not in the medical building that used be a cleaners)

Unit owners for the lower floors were invited to a Zoom meeting with the builder and property manager yesterday. I thought I would share some details:
- floor 4-13 all have the same occupancy date in early May; the upper floors will be a couple months after. - parking for all three towers and Glovebox are connected; visitor parking will be under the Glovebox - Tower 3 occupancy will be early 2022 - Glovebox will be completed this year

Interesting that they would opt to complete the office component first. I wonder if they have a tenant lined up?

Glove Box does have a tenant lined up, KPMG is taking the top two floors. But I think completing first is mostly due to relative size. They started the office part last, but it's just 6 floors rather than 26. |
