I don't see any provision for electrical wiring there. And replacing lights would involve removing the glass (or more likely spandrel) panes.

Good! It will probably look better that way lol

Looks like 4-5 floors to go. The crane was raised again earlier this week.

Lots of pics of Tek lately, but it's close to the top. Forms up for 41 by my count

4 floors still to go. That's not insignificant considering it already looks as tall as DTK from many perspectives around the city!

It is already a much nicer looking building than DTK too. Although the podium is nothing to write home about.

Hey at least they didn't do the Duke Tower vertical monochrome stripes on this one with Twitch gamer stream LED light strips (a few of which have been burnt out for over a year). The architects put them on angles here! Do we have a potential Pritzker Prize winner, maybe?

It's a pretty decent looking design when compared to DTK for sure. Now we wait for Station Park 3 & 4 to rise above it.

Nice shots.
Seems like they should have painted the undersides of the balconies before putting the glass railings up, but maybe they will after?
Doesn’t look too bad… would have looked nicer with dark tinted glass railings to match the black cladding, but will have to see when it’s done.
I’m also curious to see how those gaps in the podium that they’re currently filling in will turn out. Wouldn’t be surprised if they put some sort of lighting in them, similar to DTK.

Here's some of the gaps filled in on the Halls lane side

Maybe I should wait until I see it first-hand, but from the pics, that looks rather unfortunate.

It just occurred to me, it’s interesting that the parking is completely enclosed. That implies a massive ventilation system, rather than just having it sufficiently open. I wonder if it will be heated?

Enclosed on the Halls side at least. Will try to post the gaps on the other 3 sides today. We did see radiant floor heating pipes installed at one point #513

I was also wondering if all the trash pickup, etc. Is still in the podium like they promised the neighbourhood meeting way back. It seems like there are just up/down ramps inside the big doors on Halls/Charles?
