Do you know, is the Platform what used to be referred to as Building E- with the (potential) grocery store?

Platform is going to be the second Duo building (35 Wellington St S). They soft launched and are selling units now. Prices are low 500s to 800k.

They're expecting closing in 2028. If that's the case we're going to see shoring equipment late this year or early next year. With how soft the condo market is it wouldn't be surprising if they shifted everything back a year.

Building D is the first to include retail space, I think?

All the buildings have retail space around the future pedestrian plaza, nothing has been leased however. If you look at Union Towers from King you can see all the empty retail spaces.

Now that more spandrel and balconies are getting completed, I kind of like the design. Something different.

Studios and super small 1bds for low 500k? 1bed proper and 1+dens low 600ks I'm guessing?

You still have the crane at Duke and Madison which isn't coming down anytime soon, the crane at the Metz which likely has two more coming, 1001 King (Lower Kitchener), you also have a crane coming soon at Eby and Charles for Friendship Village, so the answer to that is not in the foreseeable future.

Sorry forgot about those other cranes.  The 2nd crane is up at the Metz, crane is up on the old House of Friendship land.

These sellers are out of touch with the current market, and won’t admit they’re way underwater. Same with those who purchased at TEK Tower.

The building looks good though.

With the continued decline in the price of freehold SFHs and townhouses, this seems like a tough sale to me.   Wonder if folks are even inclined to make low-ball offers?

2 beds in 530sqft! Anyone have the floor plans?

Also this price list above is for the 4th building...

Anyone have the original price list for building 3? The one where units are now coming on assignment? I want to compare.
